Licensing Agreement

Themezly provides you with a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the templates you purchase or download.
You are authorized to use these templates for an unlimited number of projects, whether for personal or commercial use, including client work.
By purchasing or downloading any template from Themezly.xyz, you acknowledge and agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any entity you represent.

License Grant

• Create unlimited personal and commercial projects using the templates.
• Utilize the templates in client projects with no restrictions.
• Modify and integrate templates into other works while adhering to this license.

• Use the templates within automated tools, such as website builders or theme generators, that allow third parties to create derivative works.
• Distribute, resell, or sublicense the templates or any modifications thereof.
• Share your account or template files with others.

Purchases

All payments on Themezly are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree that your payment details may be shared with Stripe for transaction processing in accordance with theirPrivacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the legal right to use your selected payment method and that all provided information is accurate. We may cancel orders or suspend access if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected.

Refunds and disputes are subject to our Refund Policy and Stripe's terms.

Payment Processing

All transactions are securely handled through our third-party payment provider, Stripe, which also manages customer service and refund requests.

Refund Policy

Since our products are digital, we do not offer refunds. However, if you experience an issue with a downloading or using the product, contact us for assistance. We're happy to review your case and may offer a refund if we determine there is a valid issue.

Support Coverage

Each template includes one year of standard support from the date of purchase. Support covers basic questions about product usage but does not include in-depth customization, third-party integration help, or advanced technical guidance.
